Our relation to both landlord and preceding tenant Jil Sander enabled us to procure this transaction. Prior to DIOR deciding for this flagship store location we procured the lease renewal for Jil Sander to remain in their most important flagship store location in Germany.
Brokering the early termination of the recently renewed lease agreement enabledus to advise DIOR on how to conclude a new long term lease for this strategic corner flagship store. Our transaction and the new tenancy with DIOR enabled the sale of this Luxury Trophy retail asset to institutional investor MEAG who complements its existing portfolio of Trophy assets on Maximilianstrasse with this property.
