TOD’S ADVISORY ON OFF MARKET FLAGSHIP STORE ACQUISITION – LANDLORD’S ADVISORY ON TENANCY IMPROVEMENT
In a complex transaction we advised landlord on how to replace existing tenant MARIONNAUD by one of the most important luxury brands. Our direct relation to TOD’S enabled us to procure and broker this off-market transaction to ensure the critical and time sensitive relocation for TOD’S on what is one of the most desirable and profitable luxury shopping destinations in Europe.
We are very proud to have helped ensure the flawless flagship store transition of our precious client TOD’S while enabling our private ownership to have upgraded their luxury flagship retail property on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, the Swiss retail capital.
